Bullion Recruitment Ltd ("Bullion Recruitment,” “we,” “us ” or "our" ) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This privacy notice describes what personal information we collect from you and how we process your personal data when you use the Bullion Recruitment website (“website”).

We are a  recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. We must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that we can provide these services – in doing so, Bullion Recruitment acts as a data controller.

As a controller of your personal data, we are responsible for the personal information we process. This notice informs you how we protect your personal information and informs you about your privacy rights.

WHAT WE DO:

We are a recruitment agency as defined in the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We collect the personal data of the following types of people to allow us to undertake our business:

· Prospective and placed candidates for permanent or temporary roles;

· Prospective and live client contacts;

· Supplier contacts to support our services, including agency contacts;

· Employees, consultants, temporary workers.

THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT: 

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you : 

• Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
• Contact Data includes address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Financial Data includes salary details.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback, survey responses, psychometric tests and aptitude tests.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and services.
• Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving job alerts from us.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

USE OF COOKIES:

DATA RETENTION: 

Bullion Recruitment will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Your data will be stored securely on our internal database, which is only accessible with a unique log-in and password. If we have been successful in securing a position for you, we will keep your data stored electronically in a drive accessible only to the Administration team and the directors. It will be deleted after the expiry of 2 years from the date you commence your employment with the client.

·       The right to rectification of your personal data;

·       The right to erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;

·       The right not to be subjected to automated decision making and profiling.

Please be aware that in some circumstances we may not be able to completely erase your data due to our other legal obligations. We will always inform you when this is the case and provide you with a written explanation.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just sensitive information is restricted in our offices and within our web development partners server system. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our  recruitment consultants) are granted access to personally identifiable data.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, you should be aware that the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the website or any third party; for this reason, any transmission is at your own risk. We will use strict operational procedures and adequate, technical and organisational security measures to prevent any unauthorised access, change, deletion or transmission of this personal information.

Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
