We are a recruitment agency as defined in the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We collect the personal data of the following types of people to allow us to undertake our business:
· Prospective and placed candidates for permanent or temporary roles;
· Prospective and live client contacts;
· Supplier contacts to support our services, including agency contacts;
· Employees, consultants, temporary workers.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. Bullion Recruitment will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Your data will be stored securely on our internal database, which is only accessible with a unique log-in and password. If we have been successful in securing a position for you, we will keep your data stored electronically in a drive accessible only to the Administration team and the directors. It will be deleted after the expiry of 2 years from the date you commence your employment with the client.
